YOU EXCLUSIVE sells digital products only. Nothing is shipped to you, and there are no shipping fees.

Instant delivery

As soon as your payment is confirmed, you'll get access to your purchase in two ways:

On the order confirmation page, with a download link right after checkout.
By email, sent to the address you entered at checkout, with the same download link.

Our guides are delivered as PDF files that you can read on any phone, tablet or computer, or print at home.

Check your spam, junk or promotions folder.
Make sure the email address you entered at checkout is correct.
Still nothing? Contact us at contact.youexclusive@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send you a new download link. We usually reply within 4 business days.

Download tips

We recommend downloading your file and saving it to your device or cloud storage right away, so you always have it on hand. If you have trouble opening the file, make sure you have a PDF reader installed (most devices include one by default).

Shipping fees, customs and taxes

Because our products are digital, there are no shipping fees and no customs duties. Applicable sales taxes or VAT, where required, are calculated at checkout.
